Refund & Cancellation Policy – Dolphin CRM

Dolphin CRM is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing marketing automation, WhatsApp communication tools, AI-powered creatives, and lead management services. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.

1. Prepaid Service Balance (Wallet)

Payments made to add balance for using Dolphin CRM services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once credited successfully.

The prepaid balance can only be used to access Dolphin CRM services, including:

  • WhatsApp messaging and templates
  • AI-powered creative generation
  • Other platform features as enabled

Prepaid balances do not expire but cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.

2. Subscription Plans

All subscription plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

Users may disable auto-renewal at any time; however, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

3. Campaign & Usage-Based Services

Campaigns or usage-based services may only be cancelled before execution.

Once a campaign is dispatched or a feature is consumed, the service is considered delivered and no refund or cancellation is permitted. Users are responsible for reviewing campaign details prior to submission.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Technical issues attributable to Dolphin CRM where the service was not delivered or utilized

To request a review, users must contact support@dolphincrm.com with their registered email and transaction details.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to banking timelines.

5. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a subscription or making a payment on Dolphin CRM, users acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Dolphin CRM reserves the right to update this policy periodically. Any changes will be published on this page.
